These Terms govern your use of EarningBeers.com. By using the site or submitting a workout, you agree to these Terms and the Community Guidelines & Moderation Policy.

Adults only

You must be at least 21 years old to use or participate in EarningBeers.com. Do not submit content featuring or identifying a minor.

What the site does

EarningBeers.com is a playful community website that converts submitted calories into an entertainment-only beer count using the current formula of 100 calories burned = 1 beer earned. Beers shown on the site are not real alcohol, currency, prizes, credits, or items that can be redeemed. The site does not sell or provide alcohol.

The site does not provide medical, health, nutrition, fitness, or alcohol-consumption advice. Calorie figures and beer counts may be estimates. Exercise and alcohol involve real risks; make your own safe, lawful decisions and consult a qualified professional when appropriate.

Submitting a workout

You are responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of what you submit. Do not impersonate another person, fabricate a workout, expose precise location or private information, or submit anything you do not have the right to share.

Your content and permission to display it

You keep ownership of your original photo, caption, and other content. By submitting content and giving display consent, you give EarningBeers.com a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free permission to host, store, reproduce, resize, format, display, and distribute that content in connection with operating, explaining, and promoting EarningBeers.com.

You may ask us to stop future public display by emailing info@earningbeers.com. We will make reasonable efforts to remove the content from our active site, but removal may not affect copies already shared by others or temporary backup copies.

Moderation and community totals

Every submission is subject to moderation. We may publish, leave pending, reject, request a correction, or remove content at our discretion to enforce these Terms and the Community Guidelines. Publication is not guaranteed. Only approved, published workout records count toward the public Community Feed and totals. We may correct totals or records when we identify an error, duplicate, abuse, or technical problem.

Prohibited conduct

• Illegal, dangerous, fraudulent, deceptive, or abusive activity.
• Harassment, threats, hate, explicit sexual content, graphic violence, or content that exploits or endangers anyone.
• Content featuring minors, precise private locations, private contact information, or another person’s confidential information.
• Copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights violations.
• Spam, malicious code, automated abuse, duplicate manipulation, or attempts to interfere with the site or its counters.
• Claims that site beer counts are redeemable, encouragement of excessive drinking, or promotion of unsafe behavior.

Site content and trademarks

Except for user-submitted content, the site’s name, branding, design, copy, software, and other materials are owned by or licensed to EarningBeers.com and may not be copied or used without permission except as allowed by law.

Availability and third parties

We may change, suspend, or discontinue features, and we cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Third-party websites, products, or services linked from the site are controlled by their own operators and terms.

Disclaimers and responsibility

The site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available” without promises that every calculation, submission, or statement is accurate. To the extent permitted by law, EarningBeers.com is not responsible for injuries, losses, or damages arising from exercise, alcohol use, reliance on site content, user submissions, third-party services, or events outside its reasonable control. Nothing in these Terms limits responsibility that cannot legally be limited.

Enforcement and changes
